The story of SanPeggio's begins with a craving for something real. In 2000, brothers Pat and Mike Sanford and their friend Tim Pegg could not find the homestyle pizzas they missed. So they made it themselves. What started as one small pizzeria in Chelsea, Alabama, grew from a kitchen table idea into a neighborhood tradition.
Honest Craft
From the first day, we kept one promise: every pie would be made by hand. Dough is hand-tossed every morning. Sauce is simmered from recipes tested at the stove. Toppings are chosen for flavour and integrity. We never trade speed for care. That is how a simple pie becomes a memory.
